Public Benefit Corporation
Legally bound to
the public good.
Meek Earth Studio produces benefit concerts where every ticket is a fundraiser. We publish the split before the show, execute it at purchase, and report it after. The community obligation is not a slogan. It is the corporate form.
01
Real Artists
Every performer on our stage is a working creative — not a brand, not a placeholder. We pay fair rates, credit everyone, and never use AI-generated performances to replace human artistry.
02
Radical Transparency
Every dollar of ticket revenue is allocated in public, in advance, and reported after the fact. No hidden fees. No off-balance-sheet surprises. If we can't explain where the money went, we haven't done our job.
03
The split is the product
Nonprofit ⅓, each artist ⅙, studio residual. Partner shares round up; the studio absorbs the shortfall. Processing costs never come out of a partner's share. Volume does not change the price.
04
Two doors, one ledger
Retail tickets and corporate blocks write the same order object. A block is still tickets. Sponsorship is studio revenue and never shares this cart.
05
Community Benefit Reporting
After every concert we publish an After Action Report — what we said we'd do, what we did, and what we'll do differently. Frontline Benefactors are named. This is accountability, not marketing.
06
Ethical AI Governance
We do not deploy models trained on data obtained without consent. We do not sell behavioral data. We do not replace artists with generated performances. Our tools are for clarity, not attention.
07
Follow-through is legally binding
As a Public Benefit Corporation, our obligations to the public are enforceable — not aspirational. The mandates govern every ticket sold.
After Action Reports
After every concert we publish what we raised, where it went, and what it did. These reports are the primary accountability mechanism for the mandates — public, permanent, and tied to the ledger written at checkout.
